1. Booking Confirmation
Once you complete your reservation and payment for the tour, you will receive a booking confirmation by email. The payment secures your spot on the scheduled tour.
2. Cancellation by Customer
If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time, you are eligible for a full refund (minus any payment processing fees, if applicable).
If you cancel less than 24 hours before departure or fail to show up (“no-show”), no refund will be offered.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing (email or via our website) and include your booking reference number.
3. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather conditions, unsafe sea conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen operational factors.
In the event of a cancellation by us, you will be offered either:
a) A full refund of the amount paid, or
b) A transfer to another tour date (subject to availability).
If we must reschedule and you are unable to join the alternate date offered, you may request a full refund.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be made to the original method of payment wherever possible.
Once approved, refunds may take 5–10 business days (or depending on your bank/card issuer) to appear in your account.
We will notify you when the refund has been initiated.
5. Changes by the Customer
If you wish to change the tour date, we will accommodate subject to availability and at our discretion.
Any such change made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure may be treated as a cancellation (i.e., no refund).
6. Group Bookings / Private Charters
For group bookings or private charters (defined as bookings for a full vessel or large group), a separate cancellation policy may apply. We will inform you at time of booking.
7. Special Circumstances & Force Majeure
In the event of extreme weather, volcanic activity, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions or other “force majeure” events, we may cancel or suspend tours. In such cases we will offer you the options described under Section 3 above.
We are not liable for any incidental costs or consequential losses (e.g., hotel, flights) incurred due to tour cancellation beyond refund of the tour fee.
